At [Pearl Rose Nails], we provide professional nail care and beauty services by appointment and walk-in. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

2. Refund Policy Overview

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

3. Service Issues or Concerns

If you are not satisfied with a service, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment. We may offer:

  • A complimentary fix or adjustment to your service

  • A partial credit toward a future appointment (case-by-case basis)

We do not provide refunds simply due to a change of mind or preference after a service is completed.

4. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

To respect everyone’s time:

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged a cancellation fee or may lose a deposit (if applicable).

5. Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards

  • Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable, but they may be transferable.

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
